The challenge: Create a website for an established (and beloved) orthodontic practice in Owensboro, Kentucky that has been doing business for 35 years without one, and don’t screw anything up! When Dr. Justin and his wife Madison tasked us with designing their site for their new partnership with Dr. Durall, we knew one thing: we had to capture their infectious enthusiasm and Dr. Durall’s longtime care to the Owensboro community. The final product is a a big, beautiful, colorful website that feels warm and inviting, but is filled with important information in a concise, easy to navigate layout. The color scheme of their new logo we also designed, tied in perfectly with a textured background element we felt gave the site some tactile appeal and warmth. We weren’t sure if there was actually any way to capture the energy and sheer volume of business Page’s does on any given day, but we knew it was a project we couldn’t wait to dive into…like one of their award winning Southern plates! We worked with Courtney at Page’s on a site outline that would check all of the boxes and give locals and visitor’s alike all of the information they may need about the POG. Paired with a big photoshoot day to help showoff their offerings, the Page’s site is another big single page site that provides everything from quick download menus, to some of their family history, to a new complete list of accolades we can add to as the years go by and awards continue to come in. Respite Care Charleston is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support to caregivers and those living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. 12pt Creative worked closely with the Respite Care Charleston board of directors to establish their areas of focus and then prioritize those areas for a responsive single page website. Through the design process, we simplified their message which sparked the positive concept “More. Good. Days.” to define their mission as an organization. With this core message in place, the Respite Care Charleston brand fell into place with refined messaging and new visual identity. The new website serves are a resource for caregivers to find social day programs for their loved ones, locations for caregiver support groups, and additionally, simplified the donation process that RCC relies on. As Respite Care Charleston continues to expand their services in the Charleston area, they are bringing “More. Good. Days.” to those living with Alzheimer’s and dementia, and we couldn’t be more proud to have collaborated with them. Check out their website HERE.

Kids Teeth is the leader in pediatric dentistry in Mount Pleasant with funfamily friendly offices that include kid fun zones in their waiting room areas. As we designed and developed their website and other printed materials, we focused on keeping their branding consistent no matter the platform using their playful colors, logo characters, and plenty of photos showing their fun environment and friendly staff. We designed a site focused on the user experience…no more hunting around to locate basic information. It’s all at your finger tips and easy to find. Patients, or their parents, can make appointments online with ease, fill out required forms and download helpful resources, as well as check out the active blog with a full promotional calendar. SOL Southwest Kitchen & Tequila Bar is dedicated to made-from-scratch food with bold Southwest flavors and “just juiced” cocktails. For SOL’s web presence, we created a bright and colorful website full of food & drink photos (also captured by 12pt) crafting the restaurant’s story mixed with useful information like their loyalty program, Kitchen Karma, location specific menus and restaurant hours. SOL did not want to be confused with your typical Mexican restaurant and the imagery throughout was meant to reinforce their Southwest culinary focus. With multiple locations and more on the way, the website needed to manage locations, events, and multiple menus while allowing the user to easily find relevant information. Check out their website HERE or better yet, go grab yourself one of their bangin’ margaritas!
